Return and refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product is defective or not as described

Return window: Within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personal care items (if opened)

  • Clearance/sale items (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

  2. Send pictures or video of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.

  4. Courier pickup/return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned and checked

  • If the product is out of stock after placing an order

  • If the order is cancelled before shipping

Refund Time: 2–5 working days after approval.
